Every machine below is a real product from our manufacturing partner, with the manufacturer's own tested output figures at three different humidity levels — not a single flattering number. The two smallest are what most people buy. Everything above 250 litres a day is an industrial installation and is quoted per project.
Read the three output numbers, not the model name. A machine called "1000L" produces 1,000 litres a day at 30°C and 80% humidity. At 25°C and 30% humidity — a dry Highveld winter day — the same machine produces 135 litres. Both numbers are true. Only one of them describes August in Johannesburg.
We publish all three for every model so you can size against your worst month rather than your best. If you tell us where you are, we will tell you which column applies to you.

SkyTap 20T
Countertop · 20 L/day
The countertop version of the 20L. Same output, sits on a counter rather than the floor, and weighs about half as much.
These are plant, not appliances. Everything in this tier needs a 380/460 V three-phase supply, weighs between 350 kg and 3.3 tonnes, and requires site preparation, craneage or forklift access, and commissioning. They are not couriered to a door.
We quote these per project, after establishing your site conditions, power availability and realistic local humidity. If a supplier gives you a price for one of these over WhatsApp without asking those questions, be careful.
Output figures are the manufacturer's tested values. The middle and right columns matter more than the left one for most South African sites.

Solar and remote monitoring
The commercial and industrial units can be specified with a solar power package, and carry IoT remote monitoring so performance and faults can be seen without a site visit. On a remote site — a lodge, a farm, a clinic — that combination is often what makes the project viable at all, because it removes both the grid dependency and the callout cost.
The manufacturer rates the industrial range at roughly 206–235 Wh per litre at 30°C and 80% humidity, and claims a meaningful efficiency advantage over conventional AWG designs through heat recovery between the incoming and outgoing air streams. We have not independently verified that comparison and would treat it as a manufacturer claim until we have measured units of our own.
Not sure which size fits? Tell us the site, the headcount or litres you need, and your town. We will point you at the right model — including telling you when the honest answer is a smaller one.
About these specifications. Figures and photographs are from the manufacturer's product documentation for the WaterCoolers AWG range. Output values are the manufacturer's tested figures at the stated conditions and are not a guarantee of performance in your environment. Units above 250 L/day require three-phase power and site installation. Pricing is shown only for the models we currently stock and quote directly; everything else is priced per project. Electrical products in this category require NRCS approval before sale in South Africa — our Letter of Authority application is in progress and we will tell you its current status on request.
